Useful but specific
Good for pizza nights and flatbreads. If you rarely bake pizza, buy a daily pan first.
Crisper base than my tray
The pizza base comes out crisper than it did on my regular oven tray. The handle shape makes moving it less awkward.

Crisp pizza crust should not require a heavy slab that takes ages to warm. The HexClad Hybrid Pizza Steel uses Hybrid technology with an aluminum core for faster, even heating, and it can handle fresh or frozen pizza up to 35cm wide.
The steel combines stainless steel with TerraBond ceramic non-stick coating and tri-ply construction. It is oven-safe up to 480 degrees C, grill-ready according to the product record, dishwasher-safe, metal utensil-friendly, and just over 2 kg. The one-piece handled design gives a more confident grip in and out of the oven.
